Brandy Wimberly is a founding partner of Ascent Partners and an executive coach and leadership development strategist who helps leaders lead from a clear sense of self. She is an ICF-certified coach with over 500 hours of coaching experience, bringing more than 20 years across federal, healthcare, nonprofit, and scientific organizations. She coaches executives, managers, and emerging leaders, including GS-13 to GS-15 federal leaders, and has supported a global leadership program for six years. She is also a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and DiSC practitioner.

Beyond individual coaching, Brandy brings direct experience guiding organizations and their people through change, drawn from her years leading within federal organizations. That firsthand view of how change moves through teams shapes her approach to the organizational development and culture transformation work she leads at Ascent Partners.
